Included in the rental fee are:

• Stay of up to 3 people, each additional guest: 16 $/night
• German- and English-speaking management and service on site
• Wi-Fi
• Water consumption
• Bed-linen and towels

Additional costs:

• 11 % sales tax and tourist development tax
•  Electricity costs: up to $ 7 per day is included in the rental fee, for each additional kWh, $ 0.15 will be charged.
• Phone costs: calls to USA and Canada are free, other calls (international & to cell phones) will be charged after your stay according to the costs of the provider. 
• Final cleaning: $ 150 (+ tax) by using no more than 2 bedrooms and $175 (+ tax) bei using 3 bedrooms 
• Security deposit: $ 300
